About Us

Overview

Helmed by a group of passionate volunteers from different backgrounds and year of graduation (our age range from 28 to 78), the committee is well supported by the faculty members in the economics department.

With its mission to promote the lifelong learning of Economics, the committee has organized numerous events such as the Annual Chinese New Year Lo-Hei event and talks by prominent Alumni.

In order to promote stronger linkages between the Alumni and current economics students, initiatives such as the NUS Economics Alumni Bursary Fund and Mentorship Program were also introduced along the way.

2017 marks the 10th year anniversary. Looking forward, the NUS Economics Alumni hopes to provide more network opportunities between our members and to contribute back to the department.
